A 15 minute completely silent meditation. Frances will talk you in an out of the meditation but the recording is silent for the rest of the time to allow you to fully focus on your practice.
Generally this series of unguided meditations is recommended for those who are a little more advanced with the practice or for those who find our commentary a little too prescriptive.
It's also a great series to use outside, in nature where you can be aware of the sounds of the moment.
