This 20 minute R.A.I.N. meditation is a self-compassion practice adapted from the work of Tara Brach. It also takes inspiration from the work of Kirstin Neff, Paul Gilbert, as well as using words from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hann. Suitable for those with some meditation experience, when working with trauma the additional guidance of a professional is advised when approaching this practice, go gently.
