Mindfully Happy Podcast

Meditations for you to explore & enjoy! Originally inspired by students asking for recordings of my guided meditations and teaching this has grown over time to a vast vault of material journeying from the building blocks of concentration meditation through to insight and beyond. These collections are open to all with nothing in particular to believe in just a shared intension to be awake to the moments of life. Born in the UK, Frances Trussell lives in lovely Hampton Court, just outside London. She is passionate about making mindfulness accessible to all and has taught mindfulness meditation to many hundreds of people in a range of settings. She is mindfulness advisor to TV and media and appears as guest speaker at events for schools, charities, public sector employers and the corporate world. She is a pioneer of Mindfulness-based RTT in her 1-1 work, transforming clients to quickly overcome fears, addictions, depression and phobias so that they can be more present in their lives.

This short R.A.I.N. meditation is a self-compassion practice adapted from the work of Tara Brach. It also takes inspiration from the work of Kirstin Neff, Paul Gilbert, and Thich Nhat Hann. Suitable for those with some mindful enquiry experience, or for those with understanding of 'R.A.I.N'.
